Nadia Pace has launched her new website, bringing together her work across leadership, governance, mentoring and Non-Executive Director roles in one dedicated online space.

The newly refreshed Nadia-Pace.com provides an overview of Ms Pace's professional experience and the services she offers to organisations and individuals, including C-Suite mentoring, leadership development and board-level support.

Alongside this, the website provides a home for Ms Pace's growing body of thought leadership through a regularly updated blog.

Drawing on her experience working with founders, executives, boards and leadership teams, Ms Pace uses the blog to explore some of the questions and challenges she encounters in her work, from organisational culture and accountability to governance, succession planning, mentoring and board effectiveness.

“This website gives people a clear understanding of who I am, the work I do and how I can support them, but it’s also a place where I can share more of my thinking,” Ms Pace says.

“Many of the conversations I have with leaders raise questions that are relevant far beyond one organisation or one boardroom. The blog gives me the opportunity to reflect on those experiences, share what I have learnt and hopefully encourage further discussion.”

The launch forms part of Ms Pace's continued focus on sharing practical, experience-led perspectives on leadership and governance, complementing her work as a Non-Executive Director and C-Suite mentor, as well as her participation in conferences, panels and leadership discussions.
