Moses Fenech has stepped into a senior manager role at the Financial Intelligence Analysis Unit.

“I am genuinely thankful for the trust placed in me and excited to keep growing and supporting the work we do as a team,” he said.

Mr Fenech has been working with the FIAU since November 2019, where he started out as an Intelligence Analyst. He reached the position of Intelligence Analysis Manager in June 2021.

Prior to working at the FIAU, he worked in compliance at MeDirect Malta, and as a monitoring and oversight officer at Sparkasse Bank Malta.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in criminology from the University of Malta and a Master’s Degree in Countering Fraud and Countering Corruption Studies from the University of Portsmouth.
