misco Founding Partner and Director Lawrence Zammit has been re-elected as Chair at The Malta Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise and Industry’s Employment Agencies Committee.

The news was announced by We Consult You Founder and CEO Justin Paul Anastasi on Monday, who has been elected Deputy Chair of the committee.

“I am grateful for the solid groundwork laid by previous and current members, their dedication and commitment to addressing the unique challenges faced within our sector here in Malta,” he said.

Additionally, he proceeded to congratulate Mr Zammit on another term as Chair, saying that he looks forward to “working collaboratively in shaping a thriving market”.

“Let’s connect and build a better future for our sector,” Mr Anastasi concluded.

Mr Zammit was first elected in the role back in 2021, when the business section was first created by The Malta Chamber. The section aims to “strengthen the voice of employment agencies” by addressing regulatory matters, specifically those related to Government agencies.

Aside from his role at misco, he is also a Board Member at a number of established local companies, as well as a Member of the European Society of Opinion and Marketing Research and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Mr Anastasi is a seasoned human resources (HR) professional with extensive experience in hyper-growth businesses across various countries. Apart from We Consult You, he also founded and is CEO of OverPWR, a company that is described as a Malta-based investment firm. He says that he is an “active contributor and influencer” in the constantly evolving HR field, “continuously promoting innovation and transformation”, while also engaging with the HR community at both a local and international level.
