Miller Group originally moved into its custom-built offices in 1992 and is now in the process of moving in a newly built complex in Mriehel. As the Group continued to register consistent growth, the need for more space became more acute.

Executive Chairman Malcolm Miller remarked that "it took some time to find a suitable location which ticked all the boxes, but we finally found the perfect fit. Whilst the migration is a challenge to undergo without any interruption to our output and expected service levels, a robust plan is in place and all is going to plan. This is expected to be complete by end April by which time all operations and support services will have transferred to Mriehel.’’

As a result, the Luqa block with circa 2,000 sq. meters of quality office space and some 100 parking places is available to rent. The building has some 160 solar panels on its roof, temperature control throughout the building, an auto kick-in generator, fire-proof server room and CCTV throughout.
