When FACT Group and Beacon Finance first began discussing their strategic merger, they wanted to complement their expertise and leadership vision.

The newly formed firm brings together over 30 professionals offering audit, tax, payroll and corporate services to clients across Malta’s regulated business landscape.

Beacon Finance was founded in 2017 and has grown rapidly, expanding from a small advisory team into a 20-strong firm guided by directors with deep industry experience.

With three former Deloitte professionals on the team, Beacon Finance has developed a strong reputation for delivering precise, client-focused advisory services, in various sectors.

What started as a small group of professionals has now grown into a team of more than 30.

Leading Beacon Finance are James Spiteri Staines, Director for Accounting, Payroll and Grants; Michael Spiteri Staines, Director for Audit and Residency; and James Cuschieri, Director for Audit and Tax.

FACT Group, with over 30 years of history in Malta, brings complementary expertise in gaming, corporate service provision (CSP), audit and residency programmes.

Matthew Sapiano, a licensed auditor, continues the leadership of FACT Group following the planned retirement of founder Jesmond Pace.

Mr Sapiano is an experienced professional in the audit and assurance space.

Together, the leadership teams of Beacon Finance and FACT Group are now positioned to offer a broader, more integrated service platform.

“This merger allows us to combine our strengths, support our clients more comprehensively, and invest in the people and systems that will drive growth,” say the leaders.
