Malta-based training and consulting firm Mdina Partners has announced that Christine Gingell has joined as Business Advisor.

Ms Gingell is an experienced brand marketeer and strategist, and will bring extensive value to the company’s team by assisting clients to build successful employer brands that foster meaningful employee experiences, drive business performance, and empower teams.

“It’s been a year of growth for us at Mdina Partners,” Chief Operations Officer Katrina Grech explained, before expressing the firm’s excitement at having Ms Gingell join the team.

“Her past accomplishments are a testament to her talent, and we truly cannot wait to see what exciting new ideas she will bring to Mdina Partners,” she continued.

Her introduction to the company will see it release a series of new services in the new year, including mentoring of Fractional Chief Marketing Officers and marketing teams, employee research, employer branding, and a marketing for non-marketers training programme. Ms Gingell’s expertise will allow her to bring together branding, marketing concepts and customer insight to provide marketeers and executive teams with “valuable insight into how businesses can build stronger employer brands”.

“Mdina Partners is very much a practice what they preach team, an authentic team with an ambitious vision,” Ms Gingell said. “Such a purposeful attitude and a strong belief in people made it clear that this is where I want my next story to unfold,” she added.

Ms Gingell, who holds a Master of Business Administration from Milan’s Bocconi Business School, will be joining Mdina Partners following a distinguished career at Vivendo, where she held the role of Head of Marketing. Throughout the years, she has occupied a number of other leadership positions at other global brands including Beefeater Gin, Telefonica, and Vitra.

Aside from her extensive commercial and marketing experience, she also shares the company’s “enthusiasm for innovation and growth, making her an excellent addition to our team,” Ms Grech added.

“We’re truly thrilled to have her on board and look forward to working with her to drive transformation and deliver even more superior value to our clients,” she concluded.

With over 30 years of experience, Mdina Partners supports ambitious companies to “make their vision come true” by helping brands “unlock their potential” through purpose-driven bespoke training solutions.
