Mr Mula starts off by explaining how companies can benefit from the outsourcing and reporting support offered by Mazars in Malta. He explains that in a business scenario which is constantly evolving, having access to a resource that complements the role of one’s own finance and accounting team can prove critical.
“From our experience with a diverse portfolio of clients, we know that there can be myriad circumstances when businesses can benefit from outside support with accounting and reporting. In today’s dynamic market environment, you may be looking for extra help after streamlining your finance team, expanding into new markets, or going through a merger, acquisition or divestment. No matter your situation, you still need access to the information necessary to run your business – and you also want to ensure that your monthly bookkeeping and reporting functions are properly resourced.”
What makes Mazars in Malta particularly adept at providing this kind of support? “When you work with us, the service you receive is crafted to your business needs. Whether you need assistance in preparing management reports, or want to outsource your monthly bookkeeping and reporting functions, our team is committed to giving you the right level of support. By relying on the assistance of our outsourcing professionals, you will have the peace of mind of knowing that your internal and external reporting is accurate, and reflects the level of transparency required by your stakeholders.
“Our experts will also be on hand to support any planned transformation involving your finance and accounting in-house setup. This can include providing you with needed resources on a secondment basis, to allow you to bridge instances where you are in the process of recruiting new personnel to join your team.”
Referring to the specific services which make up Mazars in Malta’s outsourced accounting and reporting portfolio, Ms White explains that “these include chartered accountancy and bookkeeping, the migration and translation of accounts, business process outsourcing, together with the preparation of statutory financial statements and related services.
