Speaking of his time with the company, where his most recent role saw him occupy the post of Senior Director – Head of Commercial Operational Law, Mr Saliba took to LinkedIn where he commented:

“My time at Delivery Hero has contributed to immense growth on a personal and professional level – it will always be a time I shall treasure and recall with fond memories.

“I leave behind amazing colleagues, some of whom I am proud to call friends. I am convinced that Delivery Hero will continue on its fantastic trajectory delivering amazing experiences all around, and I will watch with pride knowing that I contributed in a small part to this success.

“I leave with the comfort of knowing that the legal team is stronger than ever with spectacular people and that I have supported in building this team over two departments.”

Turning to his appointment as Global Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at JOKR, another delivery company, describing itself as a “global brand with a hyper-local product delivery service”, Mr Saliba wrote:

“I will take my awakened passion for D&I with me as we shape a global company from scratch.

“We already have some fantastic legal people in the team and I will be building the central team in Berlin, as well as in our LATAM and US markets.”
