Experienced customer relations professional Mateusz Bobiński has been named Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager at Malta-based iGaming solutions provider Aspire Global, he shared on Monday.
Prior to this, he served as CRM Specialist at online lead generation company Catena Media for over a year. Mr Bobiński also had a four-month spell as Marketing Coordinator at BetPlanet, as well as seven months as CRM Executive at iGaming software developer Logispin Group. During that time he also worked as a Freelance Translator at MC Translate.
Mr Bobiński also served as Sales Officer at Malta-based Novum Bank Group and Customer Service Agent at iGaming company Max Entertainment, as well as Customer Service Agent at German dialogue marketing firm T.D.M. Telefon-Direkt-Marketing GmbH. Besides this, his experience includes more than two years at IT services agency Arvato Bertelsmann, where he had started off as a Warehouse Worker before he was promoted to Customer Services Agent.
Mr Bobiński holds degrees in philosophy at both bachelor and master levels from Nicolaus Copernicus University. Over the course of his career, he has become particularly skilled in people management, advanced analytics, and CRM campaign creation.
