Mark Bamber has been appointed as an independent non-executive Director and Audit Committee member at Property Holding Company, Stivala Group.

Mr Bamber, a technical specialist at the Malta Financial Services Authority, is an accomplished financial service professional and corporate executive.

He has held several senior positions in professional services and the banking sector during the past two decades, including as CFO of Founders Bank Project, a position he took up after a 20 year stint at KPMG.

He also brings a wealth of experience in the construction and financial services sectors to his role.

The Stivala Group, which was established in 2017, serves as the main vehicle for further expansion of the Group’s hospitality business and mixed-use developments.
