Vilhena Funds SICAV plc has announced the resignation of Mariella Scerri from the post of Director within the company, with effect from 1st November 2021.

The company thanked Ms Scerri for her service, and said the Board is now comprised of Guido Mizzi, Kenneth Farrugia and Romeo Cutajar.

Vilhena Funds falls under BOV Asset Management’s Income Funds, with the investment objective “to endeavour to maximise the total level of return to investors, minimising the volatility of the portfolio whilst having regard to attaining a desirable level of liquidity through investment, principally, in Maltese Debt Securities and in Maltese equity securities”.

This income-oriented Vilhena Malta Fund picks a mix of equities and bonds. The fund invests roughly 60% in bonds and 40% in equities by tracking a list of Maltese debt and equity securities.
