Louise Vella has been appointed Head of Marketing at Newstel Worldwide.

Ms Vella, who has been with the company since its early stages, steps into the role after helping build the brand's presence within the BPO and outsourcing industry for multi-lingual customer service.

She described the journey as one built on shared trust.

"When I first started working with Jonas, I placed my trust in his vision. He placed his trust in me," she said. "That mutual belief became the foundation of everything that followed."

Newstel Worldwide operates across multiple jurisdictions, including Malta. Ms Vella said the company provided the space for her to develop as a marketer and leader while contributing to the brand's recognition in the sector.

"I'm incredibly proud of how far we've come, and even more excited for what lies ahead as I step into this role," she said.

She also acknowledged founder Jonas, adding: "Thank you for the trust from day one. I carry it with me in every step forward."
