Maltese KYC company, KnowMeNow – which leverages blockchain and AI to offer customer-centric KYC services – announced it will be forming part of an accelerator programme by Legal Tech Hub Vienna.

The company’s co-founders, Damian Mifsud and Godwin Scerri, shared they are “excited to be part of the Legal Tech Hub Vienna programme. Their mentors and partners are offering us great insights that will surely make our next releases more appealing to the legal offices in central Europe.”

Legal Tech Hub Vienna is an inter-office, private-sector initiative of law firms that aims to lead the legal consulting industry into the digital future, while offering mentoring and coaching to businesses through its accelerator programme.

Through an announcement on LinkedIn, Legal Tech Hub Vienna shared how the KnowMeNow co-founders developed “one of the first reusable digital identity wallets based on a public blockchain and launched the app in August 2019.”

“Consumers loved the added levels of privacy and security that KnowMeNow offered, winning innovation awards and invited to contribute in articles and conferences their experience around reusable digital identities.”
