“I’m proud to bow out gracefully after almost 11 amazing years, on a day that Kindred publishes a strong Q1 report with performance ahead of expectations,” wrote UK-based outgoing Chief Commercial Officer Rhodri Darch in a social media post on Friday. 

Thanking the board of directors, executive team and CEO Henrik Tjärnström for the “opportunity to play a part in building one of the industry’s biggest success stories”, Mr Darch maintained that he is proud of the legacy he helped to shape over the years, and bids the team luck moving forward.

As of Monday 4th May, Mr Darch will be starting his new position as Chief Operating Officer in UK company Oodle Car Finance.

“I’m extremely excited about kick-starting this new adventure and helping them realize their growth ambitions & vision to make car buying a 21st century experience. It's a tough time for consumers & businesses across all sectors, but I have been hugely impressed with the leadership, teamwork & especially focus on customer experience & safeguarding. Now I look forward to joining & playing my part,” he wrote.
