On Friday (today), SG Solutions announced the appointment of Karen Sullivan as HR Manager.
SG Solutions delivers and develops innovative solutions focusing on the IT needs of small and large businesses.
The company remarked that Ms Sullivan brings a wealth of experience and expertise in human resources, “having successfully navigated through the challenges of the field for several years.”
Ms Sullivan has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Psychology as well as a Diploma of Education, HR Practices and Employment Law: Recruitment to Termination.
She describes herself as being skilled in employee relations, project management, organisation skills and HR Policies among others.
Her background includes office and HR management for a foreign-owned affiliate company with a multicultural environment for the last 14 years.
As HR Manager, she will play a role in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, supporting employees whilst also driving initiatives that align with SG’s objectives.

SG Solutions is part of the VJ Salomone Group of Companies. It was incorporated in 2004 as a result of a merger between VJ Salomone (Equipment) Ltd and BDS Ltd. Furthermore, the company acquired SG Services Ltd, formerly known as S&T(Malta) Ltd.
