Izola Bank has announced the passing of its Head of Credit, Leo Busuttil, who is being remembered by colleagues and friends for his dedication, professionalism, and kindness.
In a statement on social media, the bank said that Mr Busuttil “will be fondly remembered as a beloved member of our team – for his positive impact, steady hand and the many moments of happiness we shared together. May he rest in peace.”
Tributes poured in from those who worked alongside him and from others whose careers he touched. One person described him as “a genuine and dedicated person.” Another recalled him as “a true gentleman.”
Colleagues also highlighted the support he provided throughout their professional journeys. As one tribute noted: “Forever grateful for your support and help throughout the start of my career.”
Mr Busuttil’s passing marks the loss of a respected professional and a valued member of the Izola Bank team.
