Hilti Malta has opened a new showroom in Valley Road Msida next door to Panta House, offering clients a complete experience from pre-purchase demonstrations to a dedicated service department.

The company opened the doors to their fully renovated showroom on 25th January, showcasing the vast range of Hilti power tools which have come to be synonymous with quality and service.

Ivan Attard, Hilti Malta Divisional Manager, explains, “Having this new showroom is a milestone for Panta. With a large display area giving customers the opportunity to discover many more of our products, and a demo area to try tools using different materials, the experience for our customers is enhanced.”

The new showroom includes a new in-house and Hilti-trained service department which provide an added value to Hilti customers, ensuring that customers can rely on an after-sales service that is focused and dedicated to servicing tools in a timely and quality manner.

Regional Director of Hilti Jean-Pierre Honein said, “We are glad to see the upgrade of the Hilti store, demo area, and service center in Malta. This is another milestone in the relationship between Hilti and Panta, confirming the commitment of the two organisations to offer the best service to their customers.”

Hilti Malta has also invested in an online store, along with their brick-and-mortar store, to give their clients the opportunity to view and buy tools online.
