GO Malta’s human resources team has been certified with the National Quality Mark by the Foundation for Human Resources Development, the company announced on Wednesday, saying it is “beyond happy and proud” with the recognition.
Taking to LinkedIn to announce the award, the telecommunications company said it is “extremely humbled” to receive the HR Quality Mark.
“You can tell by the smiles of our HR team receiving the award during the ceremony of the FHRD's annual conference!”
The company continued: “Our promise to our One GO Team is to be better every day and continuously enhance the employee experience and our culture at GO!”
GO plc closed by congratulating the individual members of its HR team: Sarah Mifsud, Christine Apap, Emma Gatt, Annalise Caruana, Maria Cutajar, Ylenia Kristie Gatt, Joanna Pisani, Nikoleta Vartsaneli, Pierre Ferrante, Bernadette Abela Fiorentino, Anthea Bonanno, and Jeanesse Abela.
The National HR Quality Mark recognises effective practices in the field of Human Resources, and is awarded for a period of three years.
