GasanMamo insurance has issued a statement to encourage its clients to make use of online services and other channels of communication, in order to avoid unnecessary contact and stem the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Malta has registered its 12th case, as schools have been placed on shutdown for one week.
“We can all play a part in the battle against the spread of the COVID-19 virus and we at GasanMamo, together with our partners, are taking all the necessary steps to protect our customres, our staff and the public at large.
“The advice from health experts is that avoiding non-essential contact is one way of preventing the spread of the virus, and thus we want to encourage our customers to make greater use of our online services and other channels of communication, such as the phone on 21345123 or 27789000, e-mail [email protected] and the virtual agent on our website, www.gasanmamo.com.
“We offer many online services including the issuing of new policies, renewals, and the registering of claims,” the company said in a statement.
It encouraged the public to heed the directives given by the authorities and employ best practices when it comes to hygiene.
