Ganado Advocates has announced its appointment of Jennifer Jones and Francesco Apap Bologna as Senior Corporate and Governance Managers, and Paul Falzon as Senior Regulatory Advisor.

Ms Jones is a seven-year veteran of Ganado, having joined in 2014 as a Manager of Corporate Governance.

Prior to that, she served Papilio Services as a Corporates Services Executive for a number of years.

At Ganado, she currently assists with the broader secretarial services provided to licenced clients.

On the other hand, Mr Apap Bologna assists in the areas of corporate governance, company services, and fiduciary services.

The new Senior Regulatory Advisor, Mr Falzon, has served the company for over six years, joining in 2016 as Regulatory Advisor for Banking and Funds.

He now forms part of the firm’s investment services and funds team, the banking and finance team, and regularly assists on general compliance, governance and regulatory matters, as well as on a number of blockchain-related projects.

The Valletta-based firm has a long heritage. Founded originally in Valletta, the company traces its roots to the early 1900s and is one of the leading law practices.
