“Fino is always evolving,” says Kevin Tabone, Chief Operations Officer at Fino. “While we welcome visitors every day from Monday to Saturday to our showroom in Mriehel, many customers also browse our website daily. To make their experience better, we have invested in a revamped and redesigned Fino website that is more user-friendly, and where visitors can quickly and easily find just about anything to furnish their home.”
The new Fino website offers a range of exciting features – including many that represent a first for the furniture sector in Malta. Through the ‘Book your appointment’ feature, customers can select their desired section and an available timeslot with a few simple clicks, making the process of booking time with the right expert at Fino straightforward for both company and customer.
The website now also offers a virtual tour, in which customers can digitally ‘walk through’ the Fino showroom and browse products online, giving them a sneak peek of what is in store before they visit in person.
Fino embraces the digital world of home furnishings even further with the Fògher configurator: an online tool that allows the client to customise their outdoor kitchen and view it in 3D. Within this virtual reality experience, every component – from the modules to the accessories – is meticulously designed and matched to produce solutions that fit the space, as well as the customer’s aesthetic and functional needs.
Meanwhile, Fino has also expanded its portfolio of products for every section of the home, so that customers are sure to find something suited to their taste and budget.
“The new website makes our retail experience even easier for our clients – from booking their first appointment via their smartphone to browsing our showroom through the virtual tour of our showroom,” confirms Kevin. “We have also introduced new brands to our portfolio, including VONDOM, Fògher and Luxy, which cater to our customers’ outdoor and office furniture needs. These brands join our existing list of well-known and established suppliers such as Herman Miller, Cattelan and Talenti, among others.”
The long process of creating such a high-end and customer-focused website began following the introduction of Fino’s upgraded brand identity, featuring new colours and a fresh logo. “The time was right to introduce fresh services and a website to go with our revitalised identity,” shares Kevin. “BRND WGN, one of our island’s leading creative agencies, was an integral part of making this project a success, through their continuous support and their expertise in the field. They worked hand-in-hand with our marketing department throughout the year-long process to elevate our current website, introduce more sections and prioritise a mobile-first design.”
While the reimagined Fino website boosts the customer experience, it also helps to build stronger relationships with industry partners and professionals, as Kevin highlights. “This new site allows companies and professionals to browse through all sections, ranging from home to office spaces, with more ease due to our detailed filtering system,” he says. “One of our key strategy points revolves around providing architects, designers and industry professionals with an outstanding set of services and products. We believe that our world-renowned portfolio of brands, combined with our outstanding capabilities, offer a valuable resource to diverse clients and will become a reference point for architecture studios, real estate agencies and property developers.”
