Deo Falzon on Tuesday shared that he is starting a new position as Senior Associate at leading local law firm Fenech & Fenech Advocates.

He first joined the firm in 2019 as an Associate, and thanked its Partners for this latest opportunity.

According to Dr Falzon’s LinkedIn profile, he forms part of the Technology, Media and Telecommunications Team, as well as the Intellectual Property Department.

“I deal with Intellectual Property matters including advising on obtaining IPR protection, dealing with infringements and assisting with filing strategies, advising clients in relation to information technology clauses, software contracting and procurement as well as setting up and assisting with privacy (GDPR) compliant programs.

“I assist with Intellectual Property and litigious matters especially concerning copyright infringement, unfair competition, trademark infringement as well as providing assistance with anti-counterfeit measures.”

Fenech & Fenech was founded in 1891 and has since evolved into a full service law firm.
