After a two-month break, Jonathan Shaw is back with a bang as he announces the launch of Hatten M&A Advisory.
The firm, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, was formed with partners Damian Mifsud and Francesco Grasso and is supported by a group of experienced consultants.
Consultants Matthew Buhagiar, Julian Mizzi and Sean Galea are currently collaborating with Hatten on various assignments.
Commenting on the launch, Mr Shaw stated that over the years “it became evident that Malta lacked a dedicated firm to facilitate seamless mergers and acquisitions.”
“There’s also a growing need to assist shareholders planning strategic exits or succession, helping them achieve their goal with confidence and efficiency,” he continued.
Mr Shaw added that along with mergers and acquisitions, the team has specialised knowledge across key industries like fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), retail and distribution, hospitality, iGaming, fintech, and regtech.
He noted that the team acknowledges that successful transitions go beyond financial metrics and that a holistic approach enables the firm to deliver a tailored process and value-driven solutions.
