Amanda Darmanin, a seasoned HR professional and graduate of Malta Business School in Business Management, celebrates 20 years in the field as she takes on the role of Head of Human Resources at Creative Foods Management. The company operates across three main sectors: Retail, Manufacturing, and Catering.

In her new role, Ms Darmanin oversees HR operations across all three pillars of the Creative Foods Management Group, which includes well-known brands such as Eeet Well, Convenience Shops, Brunch Bunch, 101 Café, and Scoop. Her two-decade career reflects a deep understanding of the evolving landscape of talent management.

Earlier in her career, Ms Darmanin worked at one of Malta’s top five corporate audit firms, gaining hands-on HR experience across a variety of sectors including retail, catering, marine engineering, cleaning services, gaming, and construction.

“This exposure was instrumental in shaping my understanding of business operations and workforce dynamics,” said Ms Darmanin. “Every industry has its unique challenges, but the common thread is always people – and how you support, guide, and empower them.”

From streamlining recruitment processes to implementing employee well-being programmes, she has remained committed to building strong workplace cultures that deliver long-term value.
