EY Malta’s Chris Portelli has been promoted to Partner, the assurance professional announced on Wednesday morning.

He has spent a staggering 21 years with the audit, tax and advisory firm, occupying various roles in the field of assurance.

Mr Portelli began his journey with the firm as an Assurance Intern, moving on to Associate, Senior, Manager and Senior Manager within the department.

In 2015 he was named Associate Partner, a position he held for seven years, until finally being promoted to Partner this month.

EY Malta is part of the international EY network, providing its clients with advisory, assurance, tax, and transaction services.
