On Friday, the Board of Directors of Harvest Technology announced the resignation of Chris Fenech, the company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO).  

Announcing the resignation through Malta Stock Exchange, the company confirmed the resignation will take effect from 7th February 2024. He will also be resigning as Director from the company's subsidiaries.

Harvest Technology forms part of Hili Ventures’ group of companies. Harvest’s portfolio consists of entities delivering systems and software engineering, securing solutions and services, e-commerce platforms, electronic payments solutions, automation products, IT architecture, networking and system maintenance, product development and IT outsourcing.

Mr Fenech joined Hili Ventures in April 2016 and has occupied various roles in finance teams across the group since then.

He was later appointed CFO of the company in 2019 and was described as “instrumental in the process leading to the listing of the company that year.”

He is a qualified accountant and auditor, and an accountancy graduate from the University of Malta.

The Board of Directors expressed its gratitude to Mr Fenech “for his service and dedication to the company over the years.”
