The Director General of the Office for Competition has announced that a notification of a concentration between Chic Ltd, based in Luqa, and Persona Limited, located in Ta’ Xbiex, was officially filed on 5th March 2025.
The proposed transaction involves the acquisition by Chic Ltd of all business assets of Persona Limited, thereby granting Chic Ltd sole control over the operations of Persona Limited.
Chic Ltd operates a clinic offering beauty treatment services, med-aesthetic treatment services, and medical services. On the other hand, Persona Limited runs a clinic that provides med-aesthetic treatment services and specialises in plastic surgery, including both cosmetic and reconstructive procedures.
As part of the regulatory process, the Director General of the Office for Competition invites interested third parties to submit any written objections regarding this notified concentration.
