Maltese high-end contemporary lifestyle brand Charles and Ron have “raised the creative bar” helping to set the standard for the future of fashion with their latest collaboration – with ARize Group, the number one 3D, AR (augmented reality) and VR (virtual reality) experience creators.

The partnership was announced by ARize Group and is intended to bring a new dimension to the fashion world during Los Angeles Fashion Week, which runs from 17th to 20th March.

The fashion house will use this collaboration to showcase their ornate pieces in the 3D format, letting viewers fully experience their creations in all their glory whether at home or at the event itself.

People can immerse themselves with only a handheld device and no additional software or apps, it’s simply magical.

C&R will give a sneak peak of some of their designs in 3D/AR on 18th March during an exclusive event in Los Angeles. The event in collaboration with Bello Media Group and Maison Privee PR will celebrate Charles & Ron’s new Fall/Winter 22/23 collection.

They will then release 3D/AR versions of all the pieces showcased in their show on 20th March, as soon as the show ends.

But that’s not all, in addition to this, Charles and Ron will also be releasing their first NFT collection in Q2 of this year. If you’re a fan of fashion, get ready to make history and get your hands on a piece or two of the first limited edition of the C&R LUX NFT collection.

Ron Van Maarschalkerweerd Borg gave an insight into the brand’s motives, explaining that he has been looking for new technology to integrate into the fashion industry and bring the fashion world forward:

“I have been thinking using tech in our brand for a long time” he stated. “This collaboration is perfect as it gives our customers, both existing and potential, an extra dimension to the artistic pieces they will own. For us the question was never IF, but WHEN and the time is now.”

On the other side of the partnership, this move showcases ARize’s commitment to taking companies into a whole new space with the use of 3D, VR and AR technologies; through NFT creations and the building of independent metaverses.

ARize CEO Aryan Behzadi said he was looking forward to the outcome of this partnership and the effect it will have on the world:

“As a company, we are always looking to disrupt traditional spaces and bring them forward into the new landscape, and this is the perfect example of this.

“We felt like this was the perfect opportunity to push the fashion world forward and Charles and Ron shared our vision. Together we are going to bring brand new experiences to their industry, it’s exciting.”
