Jonathan Mamo, head chef at Browns restaurant at the Valletta Waterfront, has passed away at the age of 44.

Tributes have been paid to Mr Mamo by the Valletta Waterfront, which described him as an important part of a community built on friendships, shared experiences and lasting connections.

In a social media post, Valletta Waterfront said Mr Mamo’s presence, dedication and contribution to Browns restaurant were deeply appreciated.

“He became an important part of a community built on friendships, shared experiences and lasting connections,” the Waterfront said.

Valletta Waterfront extended its heartfelt condolences to Mr Mamo’s family, friends, and all those who knew and worked alongside him. His passing has left colleagues and members of the Valletta Waterfront community mourning the loss of a valued member of their team.
