Exciting developments are underway for Malta’s culinary scene as Michelin-plated restaurant Briju prepares to open a sister establishment in Fontana, Gozo, this November.
The announcement was made via social media.
Led by Executive Chef Rafel Sammut, Briju has become known for its modern interpretation of Maltese and Mediterranean cuisine, grounded in sustainable sourcing and a farm-to-fork philosophy.
Earlier this year, the Briju team transitioned from their former Gżira outlet to focus on Maria Rosa, a countryside venue.
The full details of the menu and concept are yet to be revealed.
