Brigitte Zammit has been appointed Director of Malta Properties Company, a developer and administrator of premium commercial properties in Malta.

Dr Zammit, Head of Business Affairs and Governance (Investments and Portfolio Management) for Dubai Holding, will also be appointed as a member of the Audit Committee, which is now composed of Chairman Paul Testaferrata Moroni Viani, Cory Greenland and Dr Zammit.

Previously, Dr Zammit served as General Counsel and Head of Legal and Regulatory Affairs for Emirates International Telecommunications, the telecoms investment arm of Dubai Holding Group, which she joined in 2008.

She has also worked in private practice with law firms in London and Malta, advising private and public international and local clients on Mergers and Acquisitions law and regulation, particularly in the electronic communications sector.
