In a move to help customers reduce their travel for cash withdrawals, BNF Bank has chosen to refund all cash-withdrawal charges to its clients when using another local bank ATM.
So should a BNF bank account holder withdraw from another ATM, such as BOV, HSBC or Lombard, the client will not be charged for this service.
The measure comes into force as from today, 17th March, and will last until 31st March, unless extended.
“BNF prides itself on being a community bank, providing long-term assistance to our loyal and esteemed customers.
“During these challenging times, we will strive to do everything we can to stand by you,” the bank said in a statement.
“We have endeavoured to reach out to all of our business customers in order to establish best methods of support during these challenging times, and our conversations are ongoing.
“In the eventuality that you haven’t yet been contacted, please send us a message via BNF Internet Banking and we will call you back as soon as possible to discuss best form of support.
“Our community actions are driven by empathy and responsibility, values which are at the core of everything we do at BNF Bank. You can count on our service and support,” the bank said.
