Malta-based gaming giants Betsson Group have received coveted recognition by the Swedish Gambling Association.

Betsson announced yesterday that it won “the highly contested 'Customer Satisfaction' category at the Swedish Gambling Awards 2020!”

“Well done to our Customer Service team who has, time and time again, proven to be the leaders in the industry.”

Organised by the Swedish Gambling Association, the Swedish Gambling Awards shed light on the work being done in the industry to create a healthy and safe gambling sector.

Awards were given out yesterday in the categories of sustainability, leadership and customer satisfaction.
