Ayrton Carter has been appointed Head of Strategic Alliances at digital transformation and software solutions company ICON, he announced on Monday.
Mr Carter describes himself as an “accomplished, versatile, and results driven professional,” with a diverse range of experience in management and information technology. Prior to his new role, he served as General Manager at software specialists Newtech Malta, during which he was tasked with managing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the firm’s business development activities, among other responsibilities.
His experience also includes over eight years at M. Demajo Group, where he served as Chief Information Officer and Head of ICT and Group IT Manager. Additionally, he also spent almost two years at TRC Family Entertainment Ltd and around seven years at Seifert Systems Ltd as IT Manager and Systems Administrator respectively.
Mr Carter holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Henley Business School, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and Networking from Middlesex University.
