AX Construction on Thursday (today) announced that one of its employees, Anthony Zammit, has passed away.
Mr Zammit, or Twannie as many of his colleagues at the company used to call him, had formed part of AX Construction’s garage and welding team for the past six years.
He was a “valued and highly respected employee” at the company, having made a number of contributions during his time working for AX Group’s construction arm.
“Twannie’s dedication, kindness, smile, and professionalism will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of working with him. His smile and passion for music lit up the garage, leaving a lasting impression on everyone he encountered,” the company added.
“May his memory continue to inspire us to embrace life with joy and pursue our passions with dedication, just as he did,” it continued.
Established in 1976, AX Construction is a leading construction company in Malta that specialises in civil engineering, restoration works, project management, and turnkey assignments across a variety of industry sectors. To this day, it remains the bedrock of AX Group.
