Anthony Buttigieg, APS Bank’s Chief Banking Officer, has said that they are looking forward to “the imminent opening of the latest addition to [its] network, a new branch at St Paul’s Bay.”

The Bank also explained some of the measures they have taken to mitigate the exposure of customers and staff to COVID-19.

“All meetings and interviews went online as APS Bank staff were also assigned to defined ‘safe working bubbles’ while ensuring the continuation of physical service to customers.

Usage of the Bank’s digital channels, myAPS mobile and internet banking, ATM network, deposit machines and APS Debit cards also increased, indicating the ease with which these channels help the Bank’s customers carry out their everyday banking anytime, anywhere,” they explained.

Mr Buttigieg stated, “we continue to be focused on providing optimal customer service while ensuring the safety of our customers and staff. Supported by our digital services, we remain available for customers in our branches."
