AML/CFT Compliance Solutions by Diligex has announced the passing of its colleague and team member, Marie-Luise Krafek, sharing the news in a message posted on LinkedIn.

In its statement, the company described the loss as deeply felt across the organisation, expressing gratitude for Ms Krafek’s dedication, commitment and professionalism throughout her time with the firm. She was remembered as a valued member of the team whose contribution would continue to be acknowledged by her colleagues.

Ms Krafek had built a career within Malta’s financial services and compliance sector over several years. She worked as a customer support agent at Ferratum Bank between 2016 and 2019, before moving on to an office administrator role at Innovant Limited. She later joined Insignia Cards Limited as a junior AML analyst, a position she held for over a year.

For the past five years, Ms Krafek formed part of AML/CFT Compliance Solutions by Diligex, where she continued her work in the compliance field and became a well-regarded member of the team.

In its message, the company extended its condolences to her family, friends and all those mourning her loss, stating that she would “always remain one of us and a valued part of the team.”
