After a remarkable decade at the helm of Dhalia Real Estate Services, Alan Grima has announced his decision to step down as CEO. Alan Grima will now take the role of Director of Marketing and IT.

After serving 10 years as CEO, the decision for a leadership change was made collectively within the company to drive Dhalia Real Estate Services toward new growth. While stepping down from the CEO role, Alan Grima will take on a new position as Director of Marketing & IT, embracing fresh challenges and opportunities. He looks forward to contributing to the company’s success in a different capacity and supporting its continued evolution.
