Following the increased demand for travel to and from London, Air Malta has added several flights to the English capital giving customers the opportunity to visit their loved ones over the Christmas period.

The airline announced today that it will be adding several flights between 22nd and 26th December, and will gauge whether more flights will be needed just after the New Year.

To facilitate travel decision making and to continue restoring consumer confidence, the airline also announced that rebooking fees for tickets on its flights will continue to be waived until at least 31st March 2021. Travel must be completed by the 31st December 2021.

Other ticket terms and conditions will remain unchanged. To further enhance flexibility, the Airline has also reduced name change fees to just €5.

This offer is also being extended until further notice and is available on all fares. Ensuring safety, flexibility, peace of mind, and an enhanced customer experience within the current means is a priority at this time said the airline.

It added that it is the only airline that remains committed to continue providing connectivity to the Maltese Islands during such a challenging period.

Customers wishing to change tickets can call Air Malta’s call centre on +356 21662211, its Sales Office at Malta International Airport or travel agent. Changes to tickets issued through the Airline’s website, www.airmalta.com, can be made online, whilst customers who booked through travel agents should contact their agent.
