AG Advisory has announced the appointment of Sarah Martin as Senior Operations Manager.

Ms Martin joins the firm, which focuses on yachting, business aviation and the supercar industry, with a professional background spanning corporate services, company law and business advisory, alongside more than five years of experience in the yachting industry. Her combined expertise enables her to support clients across a range of operational, regulatory and advisory matters.

In her new role, she will oversee key operational functions within the firm, contributing to the development and enhancement of AG Advisory’s operational framework.

Throughout her career, Ms Martin has developed experience in compliance, operations, onboarding and client advisory services, working with both corporate and private clients across multiple sectors.

She also advises local and international clients on strategic and transformation initiatives, supporting C-level executives and board members with tools and data to guide business transformation and expansion into new markets or jurisdictions. Her advisory work includes assisting investors in navigating regulatory and licensing frameworks in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, education and medical cannabis.

Ms Martin also has several years of experience in banking, trust and corporate administration, where she has supported clients through the incorporation and structuring phases of their businesses, as well as in areas including corporate governance and company secretarial functions.

In addition, she has developed experience in investment migration, advising clients relocating internationally and assisting with applications to the relevant authorities.
