Having joined the company in 1971, Victor Camilleri spent many years running its Valletta shop, specialising in fashion fabrics.

“It was in Valletta that it all started, when my great-grandfather, Paolo, opened a shop in 1890 selling clothes and accessories, handbags, hats and haberdashery, then trading under the name of A la Ville de Lyon,” he says.

All three directors running camilleriparismode ensure they maintain a close relationship with clients and keep the standards the family business is renowned for.

The Camilleri family has retailed the finest fabrics, homeware, furniture, perfumery and more for more than a century. The continuous quest for beauty and complete loyalty to customers enabled the company to grow exponentially. Initially, it offered dress fabric from one outlet in Valletta, its ever-growing repertoire of luxurious products and services eventually spanning over three shops.
