Having served as KPMG in Malta’s Senior Partner between 2012 and 2020, Tonio Zarb has now returned to a client-facing role as a Partner within the Advisory Function.

“I have extensive experience in deal advisory and restructuring services and possess detailed knowledge of strategy and business planning processes,” he explains.

Mr Zarb led a number of engagements relating to business valuations, financing (including public offerings), financial due diligence and financial reviews.

He is a past President of the Malta Institute of Accountants and of the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners.
