A human resources specialist who likes to build strong relationships that are built on trust, Ruth Fino also has a strong entrepreneurial spirit that drives her to make new contacts and build relationships to generate new business and establish a good rapport with potential candidates and clients.

“My past experience working in a family-owned business has given me opportunities and knowledge in a variety of jobs that make me the person I am today,” she explains.

A former pupil of St Monica School, Ms Fino obtained a Certificate in Training Practice & Human Resource Management and then a Diploma in Human Resource Management, both from the University of Leicester.

During her career, she worked in various positions including receptionist, sales executive and shop administrator. For some time, she was self-employed, owning a shop involved in the retail of jewellery.
