Simon Jesmond Turner started out by working in as many diverse industries as he could to understand how others do things, to generate ideas and to absorb their expertise because he always wanted to establish himself in the cleaning sector.

“I've always thought that the best way to learn is by doing, ideally with others who have more expertise than you  and then putting what you've learned into practice. This strategy resulted in fewer errors and allowed us to evolve with the trends across both the sector and the profession,” he explains.

Early in 2001, Clentec was formally established and began by offering cleaning and housekeeping services. “We have grown steadily, expanding our selection of services while maintaining our core identity as a family-run business,” Mr Turner says.
