Having been consulting and training for the past quarter of a century, Silvio De Bono is actively involved in projects related to strategic human resources, change management, communication, business process re-engineering and company restructuring.

Holding a doctorate degree from the Maastricht School of Management, where his dissertation was themed ‘Assessing managerial attributes – case study of Maltese managers working in the service industry’, Dr De Bono is the author and co-author of management related articles and books.

“Over the last 25 years, I have been engaged in a number of management consultancy projects in Malta, Europe and the MENA region. In addition, I have extensive knowledge and experience in managing and executing training. During this time, I was actively involved in lecturing in the industry in Malta and other countries in Europe, Asia, Africa and South America,” he notes.
