Rosanne Bonnici is a Partner at Fenech & Fenech Advocates, where she heads the firm’s Tax & Immigration Law Department and forms part of the Financial Services and Corporate Commercial Teams. She also sits on the firm’s Executive Committee and is part of the management team leading its corporate and trust services group, Fenlex.

Ms Bonnici is an experienced tax and finance lawyer. She graduated as Doctor of Laws in 1993 and was later conferred a Master of Arts Degree in Financial Services by the University of Malta.

She advises a largely international clientele, working with both corporate and private clients. Her main areas of practice include domestic and international taxation, wealth and succession planning, immigration law, corporate law, and trusts and foundations law.

Ms Bonnici is a founder member, past Deputy President, past Chair of the Technical Committee, and Fellow of the Malta Institute of Taxation; a founding member of the STEP (Malta) and IFA (Malta) branches; an elected Council member and Honorary Secretary of the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners, as well as a member of its Tax sub-committee. She is also a member of the International Bar Association and the Chamber of Advocates.
