Robert Micallef considers himself to be a dynamic entrepreneur with consolidated experience in the local business sector and a strong international dimension. He was responsible for centralising business operations while diversifying business opportunities through active engagement and networking.

The role of Managing Director gave him the unique possibility to develop strong competencies in negotiation, partnership creation and an overall broader knowledge of the market.

“I love my profession, enjoy the excitement of running a growing business and finding opportunities that work. Working with people, helping people, and finding business solutions that make a difference is what I love most about being an entrepreneur. Thanks to this, I gained business acumen and invaluable skills,” Mr Micallef admits.

Through continuous education and training, he keeps himself updated with new knowledge within his field and beyond.

After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Active Lifestyle from the University of Malta, he went on to read for a Master’s in Entrepreneurship.

In addition, Mr Micallef is an avid sports and youth development devotee and, apart from being active in several sports activities, he also occupied various managerial roles in sport, particularly football.
