Randolph Said was promoted to Group Chief Financial Officer in 2018, having joined Melita in 1998.

“My role,” he explains, “is to oversee the financial activities of the Melita Group and to strengthen the Finance Department with the main objective being that of value creation.

“Prior to my appointment as CFO, I was Melita’s Financial Controller for eight years and also held various roles across all major areas of finance including Management and Fi risk management and Financial Accounting, M&A and financing as well as contributing to strategy development for the Group.”

A qualified accountant, Mr Said is a member of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Malta institute of Accountants.
