Rachel Pool has been involved in human resources management both locally and internationally, with over a decade of experience under her belt in sectors such as financial services, hospitality, EFL and more.

“As a seasoned HR professional, I have developed and implemented initiatives on performance management, competency frameworks, training and development, orientation, organisational values and culture, coaching, employee satisfaction surveys, recruitment and remuneration and reward, always ensuring that value added has been achieved,” said Ms Pool.

Ms Pool took her career to the next level when in 2014, when she co-founded Ceek Recruitment Solutions, a leading boutique recruitment agency in Malta.

“Ceek’s year-over-year growth suggests that the holistic approach I adopt to recruitment works, linking applicants to culture, values and skills. In doing so, I have enabled multiple organisations to create winning teams, contributing directly to their growth and performance. With plans to keep developing, I am excited to see what the future holds,” she said.

Ms Pool holds a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Malta. She previously held the posts of HR Manager at Northway Group of Companies, Head of HR at FORTYTWO Group and HR Consultant at ThinkTalent.
