After studying pharmacy at the University of Malta, Pierre Fava obtained a Master’s in Clinical Pharmacy, then joining the Chemimart Group as Managing Pharmacist. He later headed the Pharmaceutical Division and also handled the HR Department.

“In 1997, I was appointed Responsible Person for Regulatory Affairs, Director Marketing and HR in 1999 and, in 2012, Chief Executive Officer.

“I was President of the Malta Employers’ Association between 2005 and 2011 and sat on the Malta Council for Economic and Social Development,” he asserts.
